Nothing is ever stored. No database, no logs of your messages, no accounts. Everything lives in memory only while you are online and disappears the moment you close the panel.
Profile (name, photo, bio): saved only on your own device and shown to nearby users while you are online. Never written to any server database.
Location: your approximate coordinates are sent to our server only to find other users within your chosen radius. Held in server memory while connected and deleted instantly when you disconnect. Location can be turned off in settings.
Network address (IP): used in memory only to detect users on the same network. Not logged.
Messages: end-to-end encrypted between the two devices and relayed live without being written to disk. Deleted messages leave no trace.
Files: transferred directly between the two devices (peer-to-peer, WebRTC). They never touch our server.
We do not sell, share or transfer any user data to third parties. No analytics, advertising or tracking. We do not store chats, files, locations or profiles on the server.
Close the panel and all session data is gone. Removing the extension deletes your locally saved profile.
